Trong một số trường hợp nhất định, một số cá nhân có thể không đủ điều kiện tham gia iCare. Delivery Schedule Information
Deliveries are placed on Thursdays.
Order cutoff for Thursday delivery is Saturday night.
In most cases your order will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date. Delivery time on orders however can vary depending on facility rules. Please note, the facility has up to 30 days to send iCare to your loved one.
Your loved one may receive up to $40 in iCare Fresh each week.
VISITATION:
Please secure your Visitation time with Ohio DRC before placing any orders. Do not place any orders until you are sure of your visit. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm at least 3 days prior to the day of a visit. While no refunds are guaranteed, visitation orders can, at times, be cancelled and refunded if a request is made prior to 72 hours before originally scheduled meal delivery time by calling our call center at (888) 439-5020. Refunds will not be given if a visitation appointment is missed for any reason. Orders cannot be placed more than 3 weeks in advance.
Incarcerated individuals may not take any food with them at the conclusion of the visit. Family members will be permitted to take one container of leftovers home (dimensions 9”X9”X3”). If a meal is unsatisfactory, notice must be given during the visitation to the foodservice staff.

iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly-prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
