Your loved one may receive up to $40 in iCare Fresh meals per order. You may place 2 orders per week. 

Only individuals who meet facility eligibility requirements may receive iCare orders. Facilities may also limit the number of orders allowed during an ordering period.

• Freshly prepared iCare Fresh orders receive one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery, the meal will be discarded and cannot be refunded.
• Some individuals may be ineligible to receive iCare. If your loved one is restricted, you will be notified after selecting their name and will not be able to complete the purchase. For more information about eligibility, please contact the facility.

Visitation

Please secure your Visitation time with Ohio DRC before placing any orders. Do not place any orders until you are sure of your visit. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm at least 3 days prior to the day of a visit. While no refunds are guaranteed, visitation orders can, at times, be cancelled and refunded if a request is made prior to 72 hours before originally scheduled meal delivery time by calling our call center at (888) 439-5020. Refunds will not be given if a visitation appointment is missed for any reason. Orders cannot be placed more than 3 weeks in advance.

• Incarcerated individuals may not take any food with them at the conclusion of the visit. Family members will be permitted to take one container of leftovers home (dimensions 9”X9”X3”). If a meal is unsatisfactory, notice must be given during the visitation to the foodservice staff.
