We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. 

Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.

Delivery Schedule

It is recommended that you have all orders submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery schedule to ensure your loved one receives their gift at the first opportunity.

iCare Packages are delivered daily.

Restrictions & Eligibility

Only individuals who meet facility eligibility requirements may receive iCare orders. Facilities may also limit the number of orders allowed during an ordering period.

Individuals housed in RHU and OHU will not be able to receive iCare packages until they are moved off of restriction. Individuals in booking & intake are also not eligible for the program unless they are on work release.

If an individual has a negative balance they are not eligible to receive iCare.

As of 1/20/2023, you must have an iCare account to make a purchase for Genesee County iCare.

Important Details
  • Freshly prepared iCare Fresh orders receive one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery, the meal will be discarded and cannot be refunded.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.
  • Some individuals may be ineligible to receive iCare. If your loved one is restricted, you will be notified after selecting their name and will not be able to complete the purchase. For more information about eligibility, please contact the facility.
