We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery Schedule Information
Weekday orders are delivered on Fridays. Weekend orders are delivered on Tuesdays.
iCare Fresh:
The cutoff for iCare Fresh orders is Monday each week for Tuesday delivery.
If the scheduled delivery for your iCare package falls on a holiday, the package will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
Commissary Agreement
Order and Return Policy for Hendricks County Jail Finality of Orders: Once submitted for processing, all orders are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except for broken headphones or unopened expired food items. (All broken headphones or unopened expired food items must be reported to a jail deputy within 24 hours of receiving the order with a receipt of purchase.) Receipt of Order: Delivery only acknowledges receipt of your order. Verification Before Opening: Before opening your order, ensure that all items match the packing slip. Discrepancies in Order: Unopened Orders: If your order appears inaccurate, do not open the bag. Instead, inform the deputy immediately to arrange for a staff member to be present during the opening. This will help confirm the order's accuracy. Opened Orders: If the bag is opened without a staff member present, the order will be considered accurate, and no further actions will be taken. Orders During Release: If you are released from Hendricks County Jail and have a pending order, your order will be refunded within 14 days of your release. Agreement to Terms: By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly-prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
