Dorms H2 & Y are not eligible to receive iCare.



Updated Inmate Eligibility and Ordering Requirements

• Approved visitors of eligible inmates may place orders for their loved ones via the icaregifts.com website.
• New commits will be eligible after 6 months in the Florida Department of Corrections system.
• Inmates must not have received a Disciplinary Reports (DR) for 6 months.
• Due to the program structure, Inmates in Administrative and Disciplinary Confinement, Close Management, Maximum Management, Death Row, and In-Patient Mental Health Unit are ineligible. All meals must be picked up by the inmate and consumed in the dining hall.

• Freshly prepared iCare Fresh orders receive one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery, the meal will be discarded and cannot be refunded.
• If an item becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.
• Some individuals may be ineligible to receive iCare. If your loved one is restricted, you will be notified after selecting their name and will not be able to complete the purchase. For more information about eligibility, please contact the facility.
