We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery Schedule Information
iCare Package
Delivers Monday thru Wednesday. Order cutoff is Sunday Night at 11:59pm.
Each individual is allowed 1 gift package per week.
iCare Fresh
Delivers every Sunday, starting March 9th. Order cutoff is Friday at Noon for same week delivery.
Each individual is allowed 1 fresh food meal per week.
With respect to freshly prepared ICare orders, Aramark will make one timely delivery attempt. If a freshly prepared order is cancelled for any reason or if Aramark is unable to deliver a freshly prepared order for any reason, Aramark will dispose of it in its entirety and will not refund the order.
