We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Order Delivery Schedule for Madison C.I. FL DOC
Your loved one may receive only one order with one meal per delivery day.
iCare Fresh will only deliver 1 day per week. Delivery will occur every week on Wednesday.
Schedule:
Orders placed Wednesday – Sunday will be delivered on the next Wednesday.
If you are unable to place an order, it is likely that an order has been placed for your loved one for the next available delivery day.
Updated Inmate Eligibility and Ordering Requirements
- Approved visitors of eligible inmates may place orders for their loved ones via the icaregifts.com website.
- New commits will be eligible after 6 months in the Florida Department of Corrections system.
- Inmates must not have received a Disciplinary Reports (DR) for 6 months.
- Due to the program structure, Inmates in Administrative and Disciplinary Confinement, Close Management, Maximum Management, Death Row, and In-Patient Mental Health Unit are ineligible. All meals must be picked up by the inmate and consumed in the dining hall.
iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
