We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Order Delivery Schedule for Medina County
Gift packages are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- For Tuesday delivery, order by 8AM, Monday.
- For Friday delivery, order by 12PM, Monday.
Segregation 2 can only receive Men's Hygiene, Women's Hygiene and the Write me Up iCare packages.
iCare Fresh meals are delivered Mondays and Wednesdays.
- West, East and the Female facilities receive deliveries on Monday.
- For Monday deliveries, order by 8am, Monday.
- North, South, and Seg facilities receive deliveries on Wednesday.
- For Wednesday deliveries, order by 8am, Wednesday.
iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
