We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. 

Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.

Delivery Schedule

iCare Package Delivery Information

Block B - Cutoff is Thursday at 12pm noon for following Monday delivery.

Block C - Cutoff is Friday at 12pm noon for Tuesday delivery.

Block A, Medical, Trustee Dorm, A-Seg, D-Seg and BAU - Cutoff is Friday at 12pm noon for the following Thursday delivery.

Work Release - Cutoff is Tuesday at 12pm noon for Friday delivery.

No deliveries will be made on Wednesdays.

Each inmate may receive one iCare Package per week.


iCare Fresh Delivery Information

iCare Fresh orders are delivered on Fridays. Orders must be placed by Tuesday Night at 11:59pm for Friday delivery. Each inmate may receive one iCare Fresh item per week.


If the scheduled delivery for your iCare package falls on a holiday, the package will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

We will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Delivery for these days will be the Friday after the Holiday.

Scheduled delivery dates are eligible dates and are subject to change. 


Restrictions & Eligibility

Only individuals who meet facility eligibility requirements may receive iCare orders. Facilities may also limit the number of orders allowed during an ordering period.

Important Details
  • Freshly prepared iCare Fresh orders receive one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery, the meal will be discarded and cannot be refunded.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.
  • Some individuals may be ineligible to receive iCare. If your loved one is restricted, you will be notified after selecting their name and will not be able to complete the purchase. For more information about eligibility, please contact the facility.
